The new Miltex Spade Elevators and Heidbrink Root Tip Picks are made from the high-quality German stainless steel and feature a permanent weld in the handle. The elevators also feature a finger platform that allows for a solid grip on the instrument.
The spade elevators are designed to create space between the bone and root of the tooth while minimizing damage to the surrounding structures. Miltex Spade Elevators feature a sharp, thin tip that creates a small space between the bone and root of the tooth when the tip of the instrument is placed subgingivally.
The Heidbrink elevators are root tip picks. They are designed to help with the removal of hard-to-reach root tips.
