Wow! What an incredible experience! The 2024 American Association of Dental Office Management (AADOM) Conference in Las Vegas was everything I hoped for and more. Dental office managers from all over the country came together for a few unforgettable days of learning, laughing, and leveling up.
Las Vegas was the perfect backdrop for this amazing event. Between the sessions, speakers, and vendors, I walked away completely inspired. If you’ve ever thought about going to an AADOM conference but have not, I’m telling you—go! You won’t regret it.

I don’t know how AADOM does it, but they always bring in the best of the best to share their expertise. Every speaker had something powerful to say, whether it was about leadership, communication, or self-care. (Yes, we need that too!) Their stories were so relatable and inspiring I found myself nodding along and saying, "Yesss, this is exactly what I need to hear!"
5. Attendees that left pumped and ready to crush it
There’s something about being surrounded by fellow office managers who just get it that’s so motivating. I came back to the dental office feeling recharged and ready to tackle anything that comes my way. It’s not just about learning new strategies—it’s about believing in what you do and knowing you’ve got a whole community to back you up.
