DALLAS, Texas--D4D Technologies has announced the introduction of an E4D Labworks CAD/CAM laboratory system.

E4D Labworks, along with its accompanying DentaLogic software and Autogenesis anatomical libraries, is a restorative system that presents a 3-D virtual model that takes the occlusal effect of the opposing and adjacent dentition into consideration.

"The E4D Labworks system allows the technician full artistic creativity, with the advantage of efficient digital workflow and consistency," said Lee Culp,
CDT. "E4D Labworks has the ability to design up to 16 full anatomically contoured teeth at the same time."

E4D Labworks captures a complex restorative situation and transforms and displays it in an intuitive format that dental technicians can customize before sending to the automated milling unit. The E4D Labworks Clone software can replicate pre-existing dentition, temporary restorations, and diagnostic wax-ups with a few clicks of a mouse.

"The realization of perfection and the duplication of natural dentition is the ultimate achievement of contemporary, functional esthetic dentistry," said Culp. "For the first time, dental technicians have an easy-to-use digital solution for expressing their artistic talents. From designing beautiful occlusal morphology in posterior teeth to the ability to digitally design and mill fully functional and esthetic smile designs, the E4D Labworks system offers the technician complete artistic and functional control."

The E4D Labworks system is available exclusively through Henry Schein/Zahn Dental. To learn more about D4D Technologies and the E4D Sky Network of products, visit D4D Technologies.
