Dentiq Dentistry and Bering Omega Community Services kick off affair.

HOUSTON, Texas--Dentiq Dentistry was host April 10, 2012, to the Bering Omega Community Services 2012 Sing For Hope Gala Preview Party.

Gala honorees and chairs were introduced, and members of the Houston community learned about the Sept. 15, 2012, gala that will celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Bering Omega Dental Health Clinic.

Dentiq Dentistry Chief Operating Officer Steven Skiff welcomed the crowd of 200 supporters and introduced the 2012 Bering Omega Sing For Hope Gala chairs, Houston Magazine Editor-in-Chief Jeff Gremillion and Momentum Audi General Manager and Fashion Houston President Jared Lang.

Between musical sets by Houston music icon Kristine Mills, guests experienced an a cappella preview by Sing For Hope performer Timothy Jones. Upper Kirby’s new neighborhood restaurant, Hawthorn, featured bites created by Chef Riccardo Palazzo-Giorgio for the crowd to enjoy. This included sliced duck crostini with fresh strawberry and balsamic glaze, roasted beef tenderloin on brioche with a mustard seed raspberry wasabi and eggplant carbonata.

Added to the 2012 preview party was the inaugural Art of Giving silent art auction that included donated works of art from local artists such as David Adickes, Kelley Devine, Morris Malakoff, Taft McWhorter, and Hanh Tran.
