MONDOVI, Wisconsin--Midwest Dental Holding Company has successfully completed a recapitalization led by Thoma Cressey Bravo, a leading private equity investment firm with more than 25 years of experience.
Midwest Dental is a leading provider of dental practice management services with offices across the Midwest. Thoma Cressey Bravo, in partnership with Midwest Dental management, acquired all of the interests in Midwest Dental owned by the company's previous financial partner, Svoboda, Collins LLC.
According to Dr. Jeff Moos, CEO of Midwest Dental, "We are excited about our

including preventive, cosmetic, restorative and reconstructive dentistry for
adults and children.
