CareCredit and the American Association of Dental Office Management (AADOM) have joined together to officially recognize September as Office Manager Appreciation Month.
Everyone on the dental team contributes to the practice’s success. But there are many reasons to recognize dental office managers. These “everyday heroes” manage multiple responsibilities, from creating and implementing processes that deliver an exceptional patient experience, to managing the practice’s online reputation and team training. The role of office managers has expanded and become more critical and complex.
As part of Office Manager Appreciation Month, CareCredit-enrolled dental practice office managers can enter for a chance to win attendance to the 2020 AADOM conference at the Boca Raton Resort in Florida. All they have to do is take a photo of the CareCredit logo and submit a “best practices” tip as the caption on Instagram and include the hashtags #AwesomeOM and #Sweepstakes. Three grand prize winners will be chosen at random to receive a three-day, two-night trip that includes conference fees, air transportation, and hotel accommodations at the Boca Raton Resort, worth $2,749.
