GeoAccess, a data-centric healthcare technology company and the nation's largest independent credentialing solutions vendor, has acquired certain assets of VeriTrac, a Houston-based credentials verification organization (CVO) owned by HealthHelp, Inc.
GeoAccess' wholly owned subsidiary, Sweetwater Health Enterprises, will provide CVO services, credentialing software, online data verification and other services for former VeriTrac clients.
