We’re recommended to have team meetings, but so many dental professionals can’t stand them because they’re a royal bore. So, how do we make team meetings more productive and exciting for everybody involved?

Team meetings are a must if we want to be highly productive, see scalable growth, and have happy teams that stay. We get smarter together. But we need to know how to prepare for these meetings, what to expect, and how to create meetings with structure.
