When a team member brings me a problem, they know that their job is also to bring me two potential solutions. Otherwise, they’re just venting.
Yes, dental insurance is a big problem in most dental practices today. Rules are going through the roof. Reimbursement is going through the floor—especially since 2017 as a new dentist, you get paid way less than what I get paid for the same procedure.
So, we have two options: we can whine about it, or we can win. And I don’t know about you, but I’m not a fan of whining.
