Ultradent Edelweiss

May 2, 2012
Edelweiss is a composite veneer system.

SOUTH JORDAN, Utah--Ultradent Products plans to launch Edelweiss, a composite veneer system, at the 2012 California Dental Association session in Anaheim, Calif.

Attendees of the session will get a glimpse at the low-cost, custom lab alternative to a natural smile. Each composite veneer in the Edelweiss system is laser sintered, combining a high-gloss, uniform surface with a thermally tempered base. Its manufacturing technology makes Edelweiss veneers harder than other composite veneers, helping result in greater resistance to scratch and wear.

Ultradent developed Edelweiss as a solution for those seeking a lower cost alternative than custom lab veneers to provide opportuniies for patient and dental practice. With no lab or separate appointment time for consultations, impressions, temporary seatings and permanent restorations, patients walk away with a natural-looking, long-lasting smile in one appointment.

Edelweiss composite veneers are available in an assortment of shapes and sizes. They require minor adaptation and tooth preparation.

Ultradent plans to showcase Edelweiss at the CDA Annual Session along with the Triodent V3 system and the VALO Cordless curing light.
