Voco introduces V-Posil Mono-Fast VPS impression material
Voco is expanding its V-Posil line with a monophase viscosity of VPS impression material, V-Posil Mono-Fast.
Like the other V-Posil viscosities, V-Posil Mono-Fast offers up to two minutes of adjustable working time and an abbreviated two-minute thermoactivated set time. V-Posil also provides exceptional tear strength and elastic recovery (99.6%) to ensure dimensional accuracy of the impression after its removal.
Lab technicians will appreciate V-Posil’s postset contact angle of less than six degrees (<6°), which provides a postset hydrophilicity that ensures more accurate stone models for better-fitting restorations.
This VPS material is indicated for taking impressions over fixed and removable restorations and implants (e.g., transferring impression posts and bridge components); functional impressions; fabricating crowns and bridges or inlays; fabricating full or partial dentures; reline impressions; transferring root posts when fabricating posts and cores indirectly; and multitray, simultaneous, and putty-wash impressions.
V-Posil Mono-Fast VPS impression material is available in 50 mL cartridge refills and in the 380 mL automix Dynamic Dispenser cartridge.
