New oral health curriculum for children

Smile Smarts! is an oral health curriculum for preschool through eighth grade students. The American Dental Association program offers flexible, modular lesson plans, support materials, hands-on classroom demonstrations, student activity sheets, and suggestions for further oral health activities.

• Shining Smiles! Preschool to Grade 1 (ages 4 to 7)

• A Lifetime of Healthy Smiles! Grades 2 and 3 (ages 7 to 9)

• Teeth to Treasure! Grades 4 to 6 (ages 9 to 12)

• Watch Your Mouth! Grades 7 and 8 (ages 12 to 14)
