Spencer Welch has been involved in nearly 100 transactions, including the sale, purchase, and consolidation of private practices. He also advises on day-to-day matters, financing, and litigation. Spencer earned his JD from Harvard Law School and was a teaching fellow in the Harvard Economics Department.
