Power Words That Make a Difference in Clinical Care
Karen Davis, RDH, BSDH
What we say and how we say it can either make, or break treatment enrollment in the dental office! Given the time constraints of a typical dental visit, it is of utmost value to deliver well-planned, clear and concise messages. This course identifies obstacles that interfere with effective communication and creates a framework for the participant to utilize power words and phrases to successfully enroll patients into treatment recommendations. It also equips participants to manage common objections we hear from patients and to create value for optimal oral health.
