Health Net Dental and Vision is using Connecture's InsureConnect sales automation technology to enhance its service features. Broker Solutions can be accessed by clicking on the "Broker Solutions" button on Health Net Dental and Vision's web site at dv.healthnet.com.
"Our brokers will benefit from a guided sales tool specifically designed for selling dental and vision products," said Jerry Nosewicz, vice president of sales and marketing for Health Net Dental and Vision. "With our Plan Advisor feature, our brokers now have the ability to guide their clients to the dental and vision plan that best meets their needs, assist clients with the online application process, search for a local dental or vision provider, and monitor their clients' pre-enrollment status and history 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
"The site makes conducting business with Health Net Dental and Vision easier, smarter, and more efficient for our customers and broker partners," continued Nosewicz. "In addition to the various sales channels we currently have available, we now have the ability to refer our brokers and their clients to our Web site for a complete 'full self-service' sales experience."
Broker Solutions' capabilities are technologically advanced and rare among dental and vision service plans. Some of the Web site's numerous features includes secure 24-hour, real-time, instant quotes; plan comparisons; online enrollment; a simplified application process; and the ability to download Health Net Dental and Vision materials.
