The O2 orthodontic laboratory is located in Ortho Organizers' 65,000-square-foot headquarters in Carlsbad.

The orthodontic laboratory offers laser-welding capabilities for custom, precision appliances. The laboratory provides a line of removable and fixed appliances, and the creation and bending of wires under at least 2.5x power. Cephalometric tracing and study model services are also available.
