SAN JOSE, California--Align Technology has announced that the United States International Trade Commission has voted to institute an investigation of alleged patent infringement by ClearCorrect Operating of Houston, Texas, and ClearCorrect Pakistan of Pakistan.
The ITC's decision is based on a formal complaint filed by Align In March 2012.
