Boost your DentistryIQ: A patient financing company that answers when you call
Since dental practices reopened, Dr. Pamela Maragliano-Muniz and her peers are seeing more cases of cracked teeth, exacerbated periodontitis, and TMJ. Their patients want and need to seek care but are often facing financial dilemmas. Dr. Pam asks, “What can I offer them so they can receive treatment?”
Tony Seymour and Anne Haines of Alphaeon Credit have one possible answer: the Alphaeon credit card, what they describe as “a true health-care credit card.” The company has worked in other health-care areas for six years, so they have a robust patients base who often refer others to Alphaeon.
Seymour explains that Alphaeaon works much like a credit card, and it’s currently welcome at 5,000 dental offices. He said the company works with four verticals: dentistry, dermatology, ophthalmology, and plastic surgery. It’s not a dual credit card, which he said doctors appreciate.
Dental practices can help patients apply for the card while they’re in their offices. Watch this video discussion to learn what else Alphaeon has to offer dental practices, and whether it’s an option you want to share with your patients.
