The customized Henry Schein DSAR will enable practitioners to gain further insight and understanding of their practice area demographics which will be useful for new practice startups, moves to a new office or creation of a satellite/second office.

Henry Schein, Inc., the largest provider of healthcare products and services to office-based practitioners in the combined North American and European markets, offers a Demographic Site Analysis Reporting (DSAR) tool that will provide valuable information to practitioners about their practice locations.

The customized Henry Schein DSAR will enable practitioners to gain further insight and understanding of their practice area demographics which will be useful for new practice startups, moves to a new office or creation of a satellite/second office. The information can also be helpful in developing business projections or a marketing plan.

DSAR data focuses on the typical characteristics of the surrounding area by zip code such as the following:

Residential population - Current and projected total population, percentage of change, current and projected population by age and racial/ethnic groups

Employed population - Current and total percentage of white collar employees

Economic variables - Current and projected per capital income, household income and current expenditures per household

Education - Current and projected population by major educational categories

Housing - Current and projected percentage of housing that is owner-occupied.

The Henry Schein DSARs will also offer information on the number of existing practice serving the population in each of the data areas.
