The appointment book provides maximum flexibility, particularly in a practice with more than one provider. Schedules can be defined for each provider or for all providers at the same time with restrictions for any week.
The appointment book allows users to easily determine appointment length in units and to define (or change) the length of units (in minutes). Patient names and comments can be shown, or hidden for privacy purposes. Symbols indicate medical alerts, unconfirmed appointments, and checked-in patients.
