Dear Boss,
I need to vent. You took away my job title, and now you’re acting as the doctor and office manager. I’m unhappy that you took over my position—you have no idea how to run an office. You micromanage, and there are so many mistakes. X-rays are no longer taken when they should be. We have patients who have never had x-rays, which isn’t even legal. You allow the girls to bully each other, and I can’t say anything because no one respects me since I was demoted. Claims aren’t sent out on time, and some aren’t sent at all. The office is out of control. It’s making me insane to have to sit on the sidelines and watch this all happen. Although we’ve briefly discussed these issues, you have failed to even hear me. I’m thinking I need to look for a new job now. One where I am valued, where my employer cares as much as I do.
