Glendale, Ariz.--Sunrise Mountain Dentistry in Arizona announces the winner of the $40,000 gift that will forever change one lucky woman's life: a brand new smile!

Dr. Lee Sorcinelli of Sunrise Mountain Dentistry has chosen Brittany Neuheisel of Glendale, out of the almost 100 applicants, as the recipient of the smile makeover. Brittany's makeover will include straightening, whitening and fixing her cracked teeth, and much more.

Brittany's application was sent in by her 14-year-old son, Niko Sandstedt.

"After reading the letter Brittany's son wrote about his mom, we were impressed with his ability to convey her giving, caring spirit. It inspired my entire team to want to do this for her," said Dr. Sorcinelli.

Niko wanted to be able to give something back to his mother because she has done so much for her family and others around her. Although Brittany was able to help fix her son's teeth, she was not able to afford to fix her own.

She told Niko he would have to "be her Ambassador of Smile now and smile for her." Dr. Sorcinelli would like to give Brittany the opportunity to smile for herself.

"She would definitely get more use out of a new smile than anything else, and it would get her Ambassador a break from smiling for the both of us," said Niko.

Brittany is a single mother, raising four children on her own. She works 60 hours a week to be able to provide for her family. She works very hard and does little for herself. On her days off from work she spends time volunteering for multiple organizations. She would rather help others than herself.

Dr. Sorcinelli is almost finished with the makeover.

The wonders of dentistry will make an impact on Brittany's life forever.
