DentLight Inc. has launched the Fusion 5 curing light, featuring improved optoelectronics, more power, less heat generation, a thin design, and upgradeability.
DentLight Inc. has announced the release of its Fusion 5 curing light, which features a 4,000 mW/cm2 focused curing beam with a new, thin tip design.
Leveraging the Fusion patented optics and modular design, the Fusion 5 curing light features upgraded optoelectronics and has nearly double the power of its predecessors. Fusion 5 also improves the uniformity and dispersion of the optical beam, while significantly reducing heat generation, to cure composite in as few as three seconds.
The new Fusion features a precision modular body assembled with durable anodized aluminum that conforms to an LCD metal keypad interface. Fusion 5 is engineered to be the thinnest ever, delivering a balanced design that is comfortable to hold, use, and clean.
Fusion 5 is a heavy-duty curing light, designed to save time, improve quality, and cover all composite restoration applications, including fillings, sealants, veneers, crowns, and adhesives for brackets.
Fusion 5 is easily upgradable for high-power transillumination of caries, fractures, and canals; fluorescent imaging for early cancer detection; and photodynamic pain therapy.
