Nominations sought for Smigel award

Nomination deadline for 2005 Irwin Smigel Prize in Aesthetic Dentistry is May 1.

New York University College of Dentistry is accepting nominations for the 2005 Irwin Smigel Prize in Aesthetic Dentistry. The Smigel Prize recognizes Dr. Smigel's pioneering achievements in aesthetic dentistry and honors significant contributions to the field by others at the global level. The prize carries with it a stipend of $5,000 and an award designed by Calvin Klein.

The Smigel Prize will be presented at a future symposium on aesthetic dentistry sponsored by the NYU Continuing Dental Education Program. Past recipients of the Smigel Prize are Dr. Ronald E. Goldstein and Dr. K. William (Buddy) Mopper.
