Discus Dental, Inc. and Ultradent Products, Inc. have agreed to settle the patent infringement lawsuit filed by Ultradent in U.S. District Court, Central District of California, charging Discus with violation of Ultradent's tooth bleaching patents. Under the terms of the agreement, Discus will pay Ultradent an undisclosed amount in settlement of all claims and will receive a product license in return.
