SDI has introduced Aura Easy (trade name: "aura eASY"), a universal nanohybrid composite for general dental needs. Aura Easy simplifies restorations, containing four simple shades that equate to the Vita shade guide.
Aura Easy contains proprietary filler technology that aims to deliver an optimum blend of handling and performance. The product produces a non-sticky, easy-to-sculpt, and non-slumping universal composite that can meet day-to-day dental needs.
Aura Easy combines a low shrinking resin system and a morphology of ultra high density (UHD) glass filler that provides a high strength interface that can withstand high compressive forces while delivering desirable handling and polishing properties.
According to the manufacturer, Aura Easy is designed to consistently achieve a natural look and produces "a beautiful chameleon effect to blend in with the natural tooth structure."
