Introducing new CE Master Class on cracked teeth management: Interview with course instructor Dr. Marwan Abou-Rass
WHEN IT COMES TO THE MANAGEMENT of cracked teeth problems, either with or without endodontic treatment, there is a global problem, according to Marwan Abou-Rass, DDS, MSD, PhD.
Dr. Abou-Rass, professor emeritus at the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry at the University of Southern California, is one of the world's foremost experts in this area. He says there is a need for increased awareness of the problem, as well as an understanding of the best diagnosis and treatment options. This is true whether the dental professional is a general practitioner, dental specialist, or dental hygienist.
In this video interview, Dr. Abou-Rass talks with Chris Salierno, DDS, editor of Dental Economics, about the cracked-teeth management problem. Dr. Abou-Rass also discusses the new 13.5-credit CE course he designed to address the issue. The course is being offered in conjunction with the Dental Academy of CE and its new Master Class series.
