ADA/Kellogg Executive Management Program for dentists is unveiled

The American Dental Association (ADA) has partnered with Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management to offer the "ADA/Kellogg Executive Management Program" for dentists, according to James B. Bramson, DDS, ADA executive director.

"The program is a 'mini-MBA' designed for dentists, wanting to learn more about management from one of the nation's top-rated management schools," explained Dr. Bramson. "It takes business training for dentists to another level, exposing them to the many dynamics involved in effectively managing an organization in the 21st century."

The program's content is based on the core curriculum of matriculating Kellogg MBA students, including business strategy, organizational leadership, marketing, finance, accounting, economics, quantitative methods and information systems.

The program consists of three, five-day sessions conducted at Northwestern's Chicago campus. The sessions, separated by seven-week intervals, are set for July 23-27, Sept. 16-20, and Nov. 4-8.

In addition to learning from world-renowned Kellogg faculty, participants have the opportunity to build a network of lifelong relationships with colleagues and business professionals.

Class size is limited. Application materials and program details are available for viewing and downloading at www.ada.org/goto/kellogg or by contacting Joe Martin, 312-440-2597, [email protected]
