RDH Under One Roof 2009 opened its doors in Las Vegas with a orientation session for visitors who were making their first appearance at the annual conference, which was hosted at the Rio Hotel and Casino.
A group of conference "alumni" also participated in the meet-and-greet to welcome the newcomers. Craig Dickson, the RDH publisher, offered insights on how to derive the most benefits from the hygiene-only conference.
