Kodak now offers X-ray CE coursework

July 11, 2002
The two courses, Successful Intraoral Radiography and Successful Panoramic Radiography, are provided by The Academy of Dental Therapeutics and Stomatology (ADTS).

Kodak's dental business Web site now offers continuing dental education coursework on intraoral and extraoral X-ray imaging technique. The two courses, Successful Intraoral Radiography and Successful Panoramic Radiography, are provided by The Academy of Dental Therapeutics and Stomatology (ADTS). They are available in PDF format for download from the Learning Center of Kodak's dental Web site at www.kodak.com/go/dental. Dental professionals successfully completing the courses earn three CE credits per course.

The ADTS is an American Dental Association Continuing Education Recognition Program (CERP) provider. "Kodak's dental business continually seeks ways to offer more value to dental professionals," noted David C. Allen, general manager of Kodak's United States and Canada dental business. "So we took two of our most popular X-ray imaging technical publications and used them as a basis for this new program. As a result, dental professionals can now earn CE credits while they improve their X-ray imaging skills."

For more information on the courses, visit the Learning Center of Kodak's dental business Web site, www.kodak.com/go/dental or call the business' toll-free customer support hotline at (800) 933-8031.
