AUSTIN, Texas--Ergodontics, LLC, has announced a revised and extended line of Pendulum Mounts.
The Pendulum Mount can now accommodate a wider range of ceiling heights and monitor sizes. Standard models can be mounted as high as 10 ½ feet above the floor, with longer custom attachments available. A heavy-duty model can accommodate monitors weighing up to 35 pounds.
The Pendulum Mount suspends a flat-panel display from the ceiling. With its unique rotating arm, the Pendulum Mount provides a full range of positioning-- whether a patient is reclined or seated upright--while concealing all cables and without any posts to get in the way.
"The Pendulum Mount remains the most flexible solution for positioning a computer and video display in a dental operatory," stated Bruce Butler, President of Ergodontics, LLC. "With this revised design, we can now accommodate a broader range of office designs and applications."
The Pendulum Mount and other Ergodontics ErgoMounts are used by dentists throughout North America. Several winners of the Dental Office of the Year Competition sponsored by Matsco and Dental Economics, including the two overall 2006 winners, use the ErgoMounts in their operatories.
