Jan. 21, 2022
If it's available for her to earn or join in dental assisting, Guinevere Juckett has done it. Her love of dental assisting is contagious, and her accomplishments show it.

I’m happy to introduce you to Guinevere Juckett, someone I consider a dental assisting superhero.

Guinevere, or Guin as her friends call her, started her dental career in 1990 as an on-the-job-trained dental assistant, and she’s had a passion for dentistry ever since. She is a graduate of the expanded function dental auxiliary (EFDA) program at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, and a registered EFDA in Ohio.

Guin works for a private dental practice in Middlefield, Ohio, as an EFDA, and has been the practice’s acting office manager since 2005. She has been with the same practice for more than 20 years. When she isn’t working, Guin enjoys country life with her two labs, Roxy and Ruby. She loves people and being a dental assistant, which for her is about giving back. Her heart is truly in helping others, and the dental assisting profession is her calling. Guinevere Juckett is one of the standout people who serves this profession with pride and professionalism. Knowing Guin, she’s only just begun!
