CareCredit, a patient financing company, is expanding its educational library with the addition of a new audio program, "Care is a Verb, Not a Noun," by Debra Engelhardt-Nash, Nash Institute cofounder and practice management expert.In the new audio program, Engelhardt-Nash shares practical advice on how to create patient advocates by establishing a culture of caring so that patients accept recommended care, return for ongoing treatment, and tell their family, friends, and coworkers about their dentist and team. Engelhardt-Nash inspires teams to engage patients by encouraging them to share their stories, treat patients like welcomed guests, and have successful financial conversations.
