Global Dental Relief, ConfaDent agree on providing pediatric fluoride treatments
ConfaDent Oral Technology and Global Dental Relief (GDR) announced a three-year commitment to provide preventive fluoride treatments to children around the globe.
GDR provides first time and ongoing dental care to children who otherwise lack the access or resources for care. The The partnership between the Denver-based organizations will allow GDR to provide 1,000 fluoride treatments to children each year. With ConfaDent’s three-year commitment, GDR can plan budgets and expand services to the communities in which they are active, including Nepal, India, Guatemala, Kenya, and Cambodia.

GDR currently hosts volunteers in 20 clinics each year. Since 2001, GDR has hosted 2,000 volunteers, providing treatment and oral health education to 125,000 children.
