How many of you feel that you are on the right track in your practice but need to spice things up a bit? Variety is the spice of life, but given our busy schedules, it can be hard to do. I get it — 100%! I am a dentist, small business owner, mom (of three boys!), triathlete, author, teacher, etc. The responsibilities never end, and it is easy to feel overwhelmed because for some of us, just getting through the day is a feat in and of itself.
