VITA clinical specialists receive hands-on Enamic training
Bad Säckingen, Germany--North American VITA clinical specialists traveled to VITA headquarters here for hands-on training with VITA’s new Enamic material.
Introduced in January 2013, VITA Enamic is a hybrid dental ceramic with a dual-network structure that combines the properties of ceramic and composite materials.
Training focused on polishing techniques for the new hybrid material, as well as staining and glazing. The team also attended lectures from CEREC dentists and laboratories. The specialists shared their cases and results.
Enamic can be processed using the Sirona CEREC and inLab systems in which milling can be completed quickly and with minimal tool wear to save time and resources. A CEREC Master Training Course took place in the German language at the same time as the training so a translator was present to help the team could gain exposure to advanced techniques using Enamic.
